You can request deletion of your WarrantyCare account, uploaded invoices, extracted product details, warranty coverage records, profile information, and WhatsApp linking data.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@warrantycare.in from the email address on your WarrantyCare account.
- Use the subject: WarrantyCare data deletion request.
- Include the mobile number linked to your account, if you used WhatsApp.
We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion. Once verified, we aim to delete the requested account data within 30 days, except for information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
WhatsApp users
If your account was created from a WhatsApp invoice, send the deletion request from the email you add to your account, or include the WhatsApp number that sent the invoice so we can identify the correct vault.
