What we collect
WarrantyCare stores the account details you provide, invoice images or PDFs, extracted product and warranty details, and optional contact, location, and WhatsApp information. When you use WhatsApp, we also process the phone number that sent the message and the content needed to receive, read, and reply to that message.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your vault, store your bills, calculate warranty dates, send reminders you choose to receive, respond to WhatsApp invoice uploads, and maintain or improve the service.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate WarrantyCare, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Anthropic for invoice extraction; Vercel for hosting; Resend for email; and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API when you use WhatsApp. They process data only as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can update profile information and notification preferences in Settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through our data deletion page.
Security and retention
We use access controls designed to ensure users can access only their own vault. We retain account and invoice data while your account remains active, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
